The genesis of this tool goes back to the schooling of Victoria, our founder’s youngest child.
In order to help Vic to spell correctly ,
Jack Amberg developed a little online game called Vics’ games.
So as to be perceived as less English-centric, Vics’ Games became Ludo-Vic (Ludo = I play in Latin) , which becomes
Lodewijk in Dutch, Ludwig in German, Lewis in English,
Loïc in britton, Luigi in Italian, Luis in Spanish, etc…
